jumuiya Spotlight

Our Jumuiya Spotlight honors the vibrant spirit, rich heritage, and diverse contributions of Tanzanians in Edmonton and Northern Alberta. From showcasing local entrepreneurship and professional milestones to sharing traditional Sanaa na Utamaduni (arts and culture), this space elevates the voices making an impact both here in YEG and back home.
Whether you are a newcomer settling into the prairies, a student at the local Universities , or a long-time resident keeping our cultural traditions alive, this is your platform to share your story, build connections, and inspire the next generation of our diaspora.
